Customer Survey

Maintaining our focus on customer feedback requires some degree of measurement to ensure we can continue to improve both the software and our service levels.

In June 2009 we ran a series of customer surveys to solicit the feedback we required.  Below are the results of that survey.  We shall continue to run this type of survey and share the results with you.

Good software needs to be backed by good support, which is what we get from Jobshop. We employ more of the system’s capabilities than most other users and have always found the Jobshop team to be very responsive to any queries or issues we’ve raised.
